    Nooooooo, you misunderstood me. I eat salmon, which I just discovered has lower mercury, which was good to find out. And I don't buy it.... I eat it at mum's house :D Salmon also has lots of good fats!

    stralian, what you have described is perfectly true. Don't eat too much predatory fish ie. big fish that eat little fish. Mercury in fish - Better Health Channel. I eat fish 3 times a week, mostly salmon which has lower mercury levels according to the link.
