    Tomorrow, Protein Choc Almond Pancakes with coffee. Make a short stack, about 5-6 pancakes and a pot of coffee. Real Coffee. Other 6 days, either eggs w/toast and nut butter or eggs with oatmeal. Generally alot of each. If I don't feel like eggs it'll be 4-500g of mince. Doesn't matter what.
