    4 eggs 2 Med sized Potatoes Cup of Yoghurt Pre-baked potatos, dice into cubes in the morning, chuck in frying pan to sautee, add eggs, salt, pepper. Scramble and eat deliciousness. Some yoghurt and a bit of fruit at the side. Breakfast of swole...too bad I only had 4 eggs left.
