    This thread is more about "how harsh should prisons be" and allowing prisoners to do weights is just one factor out of many. I don't see the problem with rewarding them for good behaviour and punishing them for bad behaviour - if weights can be used to achieve this for some prisoners then why...

    100 burpees Challenge!

    I wouldn't mind giving this 100 burpees a try, I guess it's best to do it (or rather try it) on a rest day? How do you guys go about fitting it into your schedule/programming? Since they are high intensity you could make it into extra long Tabata workout - no wonder people are dropping kgs!

    okay, after trying it, Id compare it to 2 cups of good coffee, or a no-doz... kicked in after about 20mins, I felt a bit of zing, slightly nauseous (sp?) and then 20 mins later it was gone. I had a good workout though... Ill probably give the scoop I have left to a mate if he wants to try it...
