    myfitnesspal has the macros for both places. Vegie diets are easy to get in protein as long as you do not mind supplementation, otherwise it can be really hard and most likely gassy.

    Shouldn't be going wrong once it is overhead, it should go wrong once(fail) getting it off the shoulders. If it goes severely wrong overhead i think you would have worse things to worry about than a bar landing from overhead to the floor (think a severe injury).

    Dear extremely long poster, You are too skinny, no cutting for you. I am 2cm shorter and at 95kg people thought i was too lanky. Keep eating and lifting hard and think about the long term rather than one summer.

    This just shows your lack of understanding of how to program properly. What if someone did 10 sets of 5 and someone did 5 sets of 10. Who has put more strain and tension on the muscle then?

    Give it some rest, see how it feels. If it stays or comes back go see a physio or doc to get it checked. Your description is vague and it could be a pubic symphysis issue or just a muscular/tendonis issue.
