    Cheers guys, I actually talked to the Manager today and he's already on it, new section about 200 square meters for a powerlifting/olympic section. Although he's already got a supplier, Iron Edge. Some of there stuff looks decent, not sure about there bars though, will have to work on that.

    Hyperextensions....Do you do them?

    Yeah, not sure what ya saying Silverback, the resistance is highest at extension, bands are wrapped around the base, and strung round my neck. Use different strength bands for different tension.

    Challenge Thread

    Will be attempting to start squatting and deadlifting again, would like to total 700 by the end of the year. Not sure about my squat and deadlift numbers for not having done them in so long. But 227.5kg/500lb Bench by the end of the year is my goal.
