    Benching

I wouldn't consider 100kg bench a very big milestone considering the amount of people in my gym that bench 100kg, which is shitloads. As for dips, yes I consider them an awesome exercise for building a big bench, although I haven't been able to do them for the past 12 months and it didn't stall...

How important is a good spotter to your workout?

Very important imo if you want to push yourself to the limits. 90% of exercises can be performed without one, it's mainly squats/benching when your pushing yourself you need one. Over the year's it's let me pick up bigger weights than I normally would by myself.

    overhead press forum bests

I remember when I first hit 2 wheels, thought it wasn't that bad so I'd go for 110, felt like I added another 100kg, every 2.5kg at the top end is a killer.

    Wrist wraps / Lifting Straps

I rate my wrist wraps as prob the most important thing in my gym bag. I've broke both wrists when I was young, growth plate on one also. Use my wrist wraps once I get to 100kg, then small elbow sleeves after 180kg, just for a bit of support and keep me healthy really :)
