    Caffeine affects on Test

    None really, crash wasn't much worse than a 30g serve. Problem was tolerance was getting worse and it was having less of an effect, so I just stopped taking it. Meh I say, workouts are the same & I have more money in the bank. Win win!

    It was the Bulk Nutrients one, 1000mg/100g of product so 500-600mg I guess, in the end I was having 2x30g protein scoops worth, off it now, gonna leave it alone for a long time.

    Joel, I used to have suicidal doses of preworkout, (like 50-60g servings lol) and I've stopped taking anything 8 weeks ago and don't think my training has suffered at all, honest.

    Reduce all serving sizes by 5-10% and do that for another 5 weeks, it's that simple.

    Rest Days

    Rest day for me = stretching / foam rolling in front of the TV with bourbon / diet coke. No exercise whatsoever. Example, max effort squats yesterday (Wednesday), today ^ the above ^, tomorrow max effort deadlifts / overhead press.

    Ok, been on this for 13 days now, so far all I got is a few epic pimples on my abs, lifts are still ramping up because I had 2 weeks off over Chrissy, so it'll take me a another week or two to see if I gain any strength.
