    Again though, you trained BB style for 17 years (?) and built all your mass doing that. It's only in the last year you have done PL training. It wasn't long ago that I remember your sig reading "No one asks how much you lift at the beach" and you were 100% anti-strength. Times have changed.

    I used to do rev pec deck exclusively, that works just like everything else, although they aren't important until you can do heavy rows/chins.

    It's like any other exercise, work hard and reap the rewards, 2 years ago I couldn't do more than 1 rep, now I'm doing 3x5 +25kg, haven't tested max BW reps but I'm tipping it would be maybe 20.
