    How many shakes a day?

    Whey is fine....whey is meant to activate the most muscle synthesis due to leucine (I think?) Just have it with some milk and I think some cottage cheese. Don't over think it/over spend on supplements. Your not going to notice a difference between whey and casein.

    If you want abs and you really feel the need to work them, hanging leg raises are great I've found. But they should be a sidenote.

    Sorry boss didn't mean to be mean and it's not a stupid question...none are. But I do remember a while ago there was a big discussion on low bar vs high bar. I believe it came down to personal preference and didn't make too much of a difference unless your doing super heavy weights or something...

    Shoulder Problem

    Mine have been doing that for years. I warm them up and they have no problems. I also have ankles that crack every time I walk up stairs. Literally every stair each ankle cracks. Unless theres pain it shouldn't be a problem I don't think.

    Stick to two roughly. One after your workout and maybe one before bed. Or before your workout. Whichever you choose. As long as your eating well and exercise common sense you'll see gains.

    Change what your doing now...it obviously isn't working, whatever that may be. n00bs is right though, if your not happy with yourself, people are going to sense that. Be happy with yourself and that happiness will draw others towards you as well.

    BB Curl won't follow linear progression as it will with the big 3 lifts and a couple others. Bi's are a minor muscle group (size wise) and gains from them are going to be slow. Focus on controlled reps with slow negatives that are going to cause microtears which are going to stimulate growth.
