    I use Jack3d (original formula) probably one a month or so. Only when I'm down and super tired. Stuff makes you become an animal in the gym I've heard some good things about White Flood, but at the moment nothing beats two slices of bread with some natty peanut butter.

    Thats heaps of volume, honestly don't need that much especially at your weight I recommend more compound exercises - Dips, Pulls Ups, Lunges, Deadlifts, etc Focus on compound and eat heaps more. Also legs, why are you doing two quad exercises, then doing leg curls, then going back to extensions?

    Headphones in, music pumping, 45minutes in and out. Love it when its quick. Lactic acid build up feels great too. Same workout with partner can take 1.25 - 1.5hours
