the greatest bodybuilder ever. please watch

I honestly think he just ruined that for all the guys that worked their butt's off to get on that stage. And some whom it may have taken alot of courage to get up there he's just mocked. I wouldn't be happy if that happened to me.

I've already spoken to Scott about trying this, it really is a great program he's going and dam easy to use. Once I finish my current PPP cycle I've promised to give this a go. And I'm thinking big things from it.

    Cutting Calories

Cardio doesn't really. HIIT too a degree but it's more about the afterburn. Howzit use your gyms ergo if they have one. 1 minute max effort 2 minutes rest, for 10 cycles I guarantee you'll be feeling something after that.

^When executed well that works a treat. Or test the waters first by seeing if she makes eye contact with you then give her a smile and use your eyes to your advantage. Then move in for the above if she hasn't already walked over.

    Cutting Calories

throw in some HIIT? I think the best way to lose it would be the afterburn from interval training. My thought patterns behind this - If your sprinting to your maximal capacity, your going to be using your anaerobic system putting yourself into oxygen debt, which your body has to restore even...

    Epsom Salt Baths

I've found they're great after big trainings and long days etc. Something along the lines of restoring magnesium and alot of other salts which are needed for a healthy balance.
