    Yeah you could do this 2x per week and do light wokouts of 2-3 assistance exercises on the other days. Abs, assorted rows, back extensions, bis and tris, laterals, bodyweight exercises Eg. day 1 and 3 do the above workout... day 2 abs 3 sets, seated cable row 3x10, laterals side + rear...

    Bench press tips

    Used false grip for 20+ years. No mishaps. Couple of years ago I switched to normal grip. Switched back recently because I found that false did not irritate my sore shoulder and normal did.

    The assault rack is a heavier rack, look at the added support at the base and its 15kg heavier, the rogue is quite a bit cheaper. Depends what is more a priority.

    If you don't respond to normal calf raises, going to suggest skipping or skipping in a weighted vest. 30 sec on 30 sec off skipping as hard as possible for 10 minutes. Good cardio too.

    Real need for a quality half-rack in Australia. In the US could get an EFTS one shipped for 1k. Squat stands with good spotters arms might be your best bet. Not ideal but space saving.

    bench programming

    Posted a workout a few pages ago. The other as mentioned is 5/3/1. The boring but big template is surprisingly good. Most blokes follow the revised template and do the bench BBB on the OHP day and visa versa. Same for squats and deadlifts.

    A shoulder builder

    Might try this for squats when I am on holidays overseas next month. If I could get into a gym 6 times or so for the month and do the progression, might be a good way to not only maintain but gain a little.

    You should give the beginners program at the start of this forum section a try till you get the 140/100/180 lifts. Smolnov is for intermediate to advanced guys. Till you have those lifts you are better on the program PTC put up.

    Overtraining real or myth?

    I am not sure about muscular overtraining, as others said it requires a lot. But I do believe in overtraining joints. I've experienced it myself where the joints get sore and then numerous injuries occur. Cns overtraining? What about overtraining like in gridiron where you train to...
