    How fast to load up after recovering from injury? Deadlifts

    Yeah... i like forums because you can ask stupid/noob questions and get a bunch of responses and learn from it. Im seeing a coach from valhalla.... pretty decent. Most personal trainers in chain gyms (like goodlife) dont have a clue.... i was seeing this one pt for a couple months every week...

    Too much protein?

    My stats 195cm 136kg 29% bodyfat My previous coach gave me nutrition plan, with a bunch of disclaimers... 300g protein, 200g carb, 60g fat per day. Is this on par? Ive done for about 2 months... only managed to follow religiously for first 2 weeks... have been doing meal prep with 200g cooked...

    Pilates is teaching me how to activate my core, hamstring and glutes... i think when i am doing deadlifts my back is doing too much of the work... and getting sore. Would recording my workouts help with form? I think deadlifts is my worst lift...

    Pre-Workout Supplement Thread

    Using rocket fuel... but I hear it is banned now. I've been trying a blend of beta alanine / citrillate / no-doz. Slightly less buzz than rocket fuel but it does the trick.
