    As Gongi said retract your scapular. Lock em in when benching and stay aware of them through the whole lift. Also be aware and retract them when doing pulling movements. This has really helped my shoulder. I also try and do 1 set of pulling for every set of pressing.

    If you can get in 1-2 full body sessions a week and your diet is not complete garbage getting back to proper training will be much easier. I've taken 4 weeks off before with no training and bad food, lots of drinking and it really set me back.

    Not sure about NSW but down here we have use/posses/cultivate/traffic/conspire. You dont even need to be caught in the act to be charged with traffic we have quantities where simply possesing x amount constitutes trafficing.

    There is no timeframe to get out of trafficing a drug of dependence in victoria at least. You can face up to 15 years no matter the quantity. Just the ususal possible defences (duress, factual dispute, mental impairment, ect)
