    Morgan you might have a mild injury and the DOMS is actually muscle tighness trying to protect the injury. I had this quite a bit with my back injury. Get it checked by a good sports physio. If it continues get an xray or mri to know exactly whats going on.

    Grab powerband or two and take it with you. It will let you add some resistance to bodyweight squats, deadlifts and pushups. You can also do plenty of other exercises with them.

    Max has squatted 180 with wraps, around 175 without I think. If he makes those lifts it would be extremely impressive. I reckon they are optimistic but I also kno better than to bet against Max.
