    I know nothing about beef Jerky except that I like to eat it :) would like to start making it and would like opinions on dehydrators and recipes I have looked at a few dehydrators and some state specifically that they can do beef..............does that mean not all dehydrators can do beef ...

    as a young kid shouldn't he be in a prime place to add muscle mass ? I think he will still need to at least work out a calorie amount to aim for each day and then work his meals out

    thanks I generally do eat natural foods,mostly just take a protein shake with me and some sort of sandwich,the sandwich I can toast when I get to my destination each day and then the shake I can have while travelling back. Dinner is generally fish/chicken and veges/salad

    macros will = calories from what I understand basically it's the calorie totals that will determine losing/gaining/maintaining but it's most effective to do it with your macros
