    [Movie] Movie Review Thread

    Watched Playbook Silver Linings the other day. I was looking forward to it...heard it was a pretty well written drama. I think I was expecting a bit too much. Fairly meh, glorified chick flick, not that much depth to it. Sorta movie you forget within a cuppla daze.

    I think we need to re-invent the typical office workstation. I'm thinking an eppiliptical contraption where you activate mouse, keyboard or phone depending on stroke direction. Brb, starting up a multi billion dollar global phenomenon.

    I've had pizzas in Florence and Dubrovnik that blew me away. Very different to Aussie style pizzas. Very minimalist, very soft, very delish. Hardly any toppings, but damn good. Better than what you get here IMO.

    They only touched on it briefly. He wasn't swole....think he just did a bit of both, weights and cardio. yeah they talked about NEAT a fair bit on the doco. The challenge is to increase the amount of time you're moving when u have a job that doesn't really suit that endeavour. It ain't easy.

    If you want to get maximum hypertrophy gains then I believe going to failure is the way to go. If you want to get some reputable evidence from me to support my belief then you'll be waiting a long time. Waiting to failure in fact. :D

    It's mind boggling isn't it neddy lol Grip, I think we're talking about the same doco, from BBC...the presenter was getting a bunch of tests done on him after HIIT workouts. I sat on my ass for 5 hours on a plane watching that. Inertia creeps. Moving up slowly.

    Vegetables suck woolly mammoth nuts. So we're all agreed on that. I planted a mandarin tree, about a year ago. For the first few months it looked like one of those Mexican Hairless dogs. And then something happened, and now it's all lush and leafy. Haven't seen a mandarin yet though...
