    I dont buy into the papers. Im simply commenting about my experience talking to people. Its not accepted at an international level in sports, and its a step that may need to be taken to grow the sport, thats all Im saying, and what von is alluding too.

    Thats a power bar. Drop that continuously and it will break, thats exactly what happens at crossfit gyms when they buy them. A better option for a similar price would have been a Pendlay Nexgen.

    Perhaps hes trying to suggest that unless we take out sport seriously, the masses wont, and therefore powerlifting will remain and underground sport with no hope of having an olympic representation.     Bazza I cant answer for Von, but I would say no, but never say never, I suppose it depends on the circumstances. Example. A powerlifter on gear takes the wrong dosage at an event, then dies at the event. The federation may be held liable if it was shown members of management new of the drug use...
