    That's not a good way to end up with a good top 10 though. You may have a class where one state would have most of the top lifters and others are way behind. Had this happened before in a comp I was in (not powerlifting).

    It's out: Powerlifting Australia - Qualifying Totals The BP only is at the bottom. E2 for IPF Raw World, A-grade for Commonwealth, B-grade for Raw National. I'm 7.5kg off B grade, and hopefully will give A-grade a close run this year. :cool:

    I'm 28 and have been lifting for 18 months, so I started just a bit later than you. Got a bit bigger in the process too.     PPP only works if you take Total Science at the same time. First time I tried PPP, I failed badly cos I didn't know the secret. Second time, with Total Science magic, my total went up 100kg.
