    Eye Fillet

    I wish I could afford eye fillet all the time but I normally buy whatever cut is cheapest and then just marinate it overnight to compensate if it is lower quality (flavour/tender wise). I used to buy Roo fillets from Woollies but they are $19-21/kg so now i just buy good beef instead now :)

    Why do you train?

    I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment after lifting weights, and I find that weightlifting/Bodybuilding offers huge rewards in the way that the more work and consistency you put in the more gains and goals you achieve. And I wanna be strong :p

    This is a great post PTC, Thank you, I have just purchased a squat rack and am about to begin a simple power based program just like the one you have set out involving Squat, Deads, Bench and shoulder press. When i reach those numbers on my lifts I will re-evaluate my goals and training style.
