    Dating

I met my wife at the gym! She was the hottie behind the counter, and I was the muscle head ego maniac who asked her out 3 months, evey day, and got shut down, till she eventualy gave up, lowered her standards, and agreed to marry me! That was 2 years ago!

    beef jerky

hahah I can't remember what it was called, but it wasn't that bad. Trust me - after you eat tuna all the time, anything tastes good!

    Your favourite Protein Food

Steak for sure. Gonna get a protein hit from Tony Romas this weekend!

    Way to eat tuna!

For some reason, the organic lentils (which are the same price as the std lentils) have half the carbs. Try the Nando's hot sauce too - that definately takes away the tuna smell!

    FIFA World Cup 2010

Italy's problem is that Lippi (manager) is too reliant of players who did the job back in 2006. It's a very aging squad, and the fact that players like Miccoli, D'Agostino and Cassano aren't in the squad means that them old bones are going to have to stay fit for 1 month solid. I would bet...

    FIFA World Cup 2010

Well it's only 36 days till the biggest sporting event on earth rolls in to town again, this time from South Africa. Who is following the World Cup, and what are your predictions. My heart wants Italy to do it again (I have the Azzurri running in my blood) but I think this time it's heading...

    twilight pansy vamps

I dunno dude - but I know that chicks seem to love these skinny jean wearing, pasty skinned, deeply disturbed young guys for some reason.

    Roo Ragu

Yeah mate it's nice eh! The key with kangaroo is to cook it so it's just moist. If it's too over done it tastes too gamey..

    Roo Ragu

If you go to Coles - check out the Roo 'mini roasts'. They are $12.00 for a twin pack, which look like little girelo roasts. Best way to cook them - * Pre Heat over to 220 deg. * Put both in an oven dish - covered with al foil. * Cook for 25-30 mins. * Remove from oven, take al foil off, and...

    Roo Ragu

I get my Roo most the time from Coles, where, in comparison to other meats (especially Lamb) the price hasn't gone up a great deal in the 6 or so years I've been eating it. I still can't get my wife to try it tho!

    beef jerky

Sorry, yes, I meant biltong. Beef Jerky is too easy to eat too much of it. I tried one called hot links, from Coles. Really nice, but being soft, it's too easy to eat packet after packet. I used to work with a Sth African bloke who used to bring in home made beef jerky all the time.

Sugar & Milk in your eating plan.

At home, first coffee of the day I take with 2 x brown sugar. Rest of the day at work, I take coffee with sugarine tablets. I don't drink milk.

    Beta Alanine

I've started taking NO BETA tabs this week, 6 - 8 before training, and yes, I'm getting the itching too - but it subsides soon enough.

    WWe/WCW/TNA/AWA

I grew up watching the WWF back in the 80's, and remember how upset I was when my dad told me it was fake! Didn't watch it for pretty much all my teenage years, but been back in to it a bit in the past 3 years or so. I still prefer WWE, but I do watch TNA quite a bit as it's on 1 HD. I know...

    beef jerky

The butcher in my local shops sells about 3 types - $50-$60 kg. It comes it 30cm, rock hard strips, which give you a face ache after 15 mins chewing it, like a dog with a Schmackos treat! I bought I think 4-5 sticks last week, cost me $25.00

    Protien bars.

I usually grab a few if I'm buying local, and my order needs rounding up to the nearest dollar :) lol

    Way to eat tuna!

I've been doing this lately... 150g (drained) tin of tuna in SW (Coles brand seems ok for price) 120g (drained) organic lentils (they have less carbs than non organic) 100g (drained) Coles brand green beans (tinned variety) I put the lentils and beans in a container, microwave for 2 mins...

    Protien bars.

Every now and then I have a Horleys Carb Less - peppermint rough flavour. 7g fat. 6.2 g carb. 16.8g protein. I wouldn't use it as a meal replacement - but some times when I am craving something with taste, I'll get one. Agreed with most poeple tho - they're not overly value for money!

What's your favourite place to buy supplements?

I've been using Mr Suppliment for a while now and their delivey is the best I've ever seen. From the east coast to the west coast next day. Also used Suppliment Direct last week to order Double T and the postage on that was awesome too. Also go local to get a few things from Health Kick...
