    No Though would be interesting to see what would happen with all the drug testing. marathon is good so is triathlon. My brother came first in his division (paratriathlon t3) yesterday para triathlon - 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run -same as sprint distance for normal triathlon

    Do you have any injuries that prevent you from performing certain exercises?

    partially healed leg fracture (fib) and unhealed tib frature (from 98) and slightly shorter right leg. Just chock up the right heel double the left for squats and deadlifts only bothers me if my right leg cramps up then it gets a bit uncomfortable

    been morning training at 6am since august. 2x a week then 3x from sept,4x in dec. chug down either bcca drink or carb+electrolytes shower then off to gym no coffee before gym. breakfast after. for jan 2nd week is still mornings ,then have a month of training at 7pm, then back to mornings...
