    I like Bulk Nutrients Cookies and Cream...no idea how it compares to On Gold Standard. I recently tried BN's choc/coconut flavour and was put off by it. Every straight chocolate flavoured supplement I've had was feral.

    Today at the uni gym I saw a girl roll in on a wheelchair to train. People who live in beastmode are cool, but people who have every reason not to come to the gym and choose to anyway are so much more inspirational in my books.

    Old guy at my uni gym always turns his lat pulldowns into a triceps pushdown. If bringing the bar lower means either rounding the thoracic or extending the elbows, you've gone too low. This is easily achievable when the weight is too light.
