    I'm in Brisbane, I mostly train at Masterpiece Strength Academy (in Brendale), but also train at Healthstream QUT on days when I have classes and/or want to perve on 18-22 year old athletic chicks.

    Good-girl/bad-girl. Turns out transverse abduction is actually pretty good at strengthening the glutes if you do it right. Don't be h8 on my ultra-toned booty.

    Soft wraps are my new best friend. 3x5x150kg squats today. This is the most weight I've ever squatted, for a rep PB.

    What are you or what did you train today?

    Lower body. Squats in wraps, then some combination of deadlifts, rack deadlifts, kettlebell swings, leg press, lunges and/or calf raises. Really haven't thought that far ahead yet. Will depend on how I'm feeling as to whether I do heavier or lighter exercises.

    Today I OHP'd 1x62.5kg. I was due for 5x55kg (which also would have been a PB, but this is my last OHP session before a week away and I knew this would feel more rewarding.
