    Weakpoint Monday : Traps

Straining them as in tight, and then feeding up into neck? if so, could be a compensation for a imbalance elsewhere. i had the same thing, but it was front over developed and too tight front delts and pecs, and under developed rear delts and scapula region

    Weakpoint Monday : Traps

I no longer train mine directly. I struggle to switch mine off doing most moves they get plenty of stimulation from delt side dumbbell raises, and rack pulls.

Individual muscle groups vs half/full body splits.

Individual, but have started grouping 2-3 in one session as I can only get to gym 2-3 times a week now due to our new born baby girl.

Cheers mate. I have initially reduced my training to twice a week, three time if lucky, and will change my times around when I go back to work.

Yeah, I think he did a great job, especially with Marika about to give birth, he had a lot to juggle in this prep. if he can maintain his proportions and add 5-10 more kg over the couple of years I am sure he will be happy. will be interesting to see if Josh can continue to add size..... Could...

    Arnold Amatuer results???? Where

I think he belonged on stage, but didn't have enough mass to look comparable to the international guys. he has a very pleasing shape, but needs another 10-20 kg to stand next to the likes of branch warren etc. Still a champion effort, especially given its his first pro show

    Arnold Amatuer results???? Where

In my opinion only, I really like Scott as a personality, and he always comes in very well conditioned, but he doesn't carry enough mass for his height to truly compete as a pro. His limbs are very long and it will always be hard to look big enough luke has heaps more mass than Scott (on a pro...

Feel like I've reached a plateau - require knowledge! Or have I?

Doing the math, each set is 30-60 seconds (call it a minute) with equal rest time between sets. 6 sets per exersize = 12-15 minutes. 3-4 exersizes = 36-60 minutes depending on rest times, or extra exersize/sets. this can blow out a little if I am waiting for a machine/ bar etc. i always wear...

Feel like I've reached a plateau - require knowledge! Or have I?

Yes, typically one body part per session, but sometimes 2. If I do two, it is the assisting arm muscle that has already been worked in the primary workout, I am just taking it further to fatigue, eg triceps after chest, or biceps after back. its a 5 day split, sometimes 4. Not scared to miss a...
