    You need to sort out why your squat isn't going up, or figure out what is wrong with your form. Take a video and post it up. Doing leg curls and leg press will not make your squat go up 10kg. Squatting more frequently with good form should.

    Hopefully, if I get in, my job will require me to be fit and strong. It should also make it safer. The best way I know how to accomplish this is to lift heavy. I also like being bigger than others. :p

    How wide do you set your footing when squatting? You might need to bring it in a bit, it could be too wide.

    Does anyone bring in Frozen veggies to work and cook them in the microwave?

    I buy the bags of frozen vegies, set up my meals in the frige for 2 days, and the veges usually thaw enough that 2 minutes in the microwave to heat up the meat, does the veges also nicely.
