No one has said it yet. Seems like your bringing it up to start a fight. I'll bite. Running is fucking hard on my knees. 90kg bouncing on one leg, and the fact I amongst most people run like gumbies it's not practical. The only reason I go for a jog is because its related to my work. I'd...

    Have I hit a wall? :S

I am going to prescribe a 1 tsp of htfu. Everyone has bad days. Eat up, rest up and smash it next session. Don't take any time off, lowering the weight might work. You may need to only up the weights weekly rather then every session. And some of my best training sessions have been fasted.

    When gaining isn't everything

Squat bench and deadlift 3x per week. Look for the PTC beginner program. Keep this up with your walking. If it doesn't grow in the ground or mother nature didn't make it, don't eat it. So that means meat (steak/chicken/tuna), veges, fruit, eggs, rice and maybe some pasta. Do this for 3 months...

    Critique my Split

What are your lifts? They will determine what program you should do. If you can deadlift double bodyweight I wouldn't reccomend deadlifting twice a week. Some pro's dl every fortnight. I think you should do some sort of progressive strength based program, no matter what your lifts. Then bb or...
