    Well somehow it went away when i went back to my normal diet.. not sure what it is doctors said its a strain? which it isn't i think its a flare up when i eat trans fat aka kfc :T so think might just cut that off the list.

    Yeah was feeling abit down after today session as silly as it sounds, "1 bad session doesn't mean anything" makes me feel better hopefully I can come back and smash it. Ah yes beginner gains ! thanks for the reassurance.
