    Exercise you used to hate....

    I used to hate training legs because of how grueling it is, but now I look forward to it and embrace it. Especially because my legs are my weakest bodypart. I can bench more than I can squat and thats just strange in my opinion.

    Depends on what kind of training I'm doing. Sometimes if i fail I will try again in a few mins, but sometimes i just take off some weight and rep out.

    So I am noticing that I'm sweating lots at night in bed, is this normal? I have never taken Deca wondering if its the Deca causing this?

    Why you should wash your gym clothes immediately

    I usually wear my gym shorts a couple of days before I wash them. Same with my jumper, because I only wear it for the first 2 exercises. But i leave them in my sunroom on the couch to air out each night.

    Had an awesome week at the gym, hit 2 pbs and just felt strong and motivated to keep smashing goals. Will probably take next week off.

    Superset Me - An average guy spends 3 months training like a bodybuilder.

    He looked better, but I was impressed with his before 1rm for bench 95kgs for a guy off the street is awesome, also his 1rm for squat afterwards was awesome 140kgs.

    Yes I understand, but Silverback wrote and then, so I wasnt sure what that was in reference to. Thought he was asking me to try and explain it, to make sure I knew the point.

    I only do drop sets for last set of each exercise and only for 1 week and then stop for 3 weeks. Like you guys have all said, just need to change it up. What are peoples thoughts on pre exhausting workout styles

    What got you hooked?

    My grandad was a beast, like typical old school thickness. Even at 80 does 50 chin ups and 50 push ups a day. He just always used to tell me about his eating stories and i wanted to eat like that because it sounded fun and he told me you need to train hard to be able to eat lots.

    I just starting doing a monthly routine of reps. Week 1 12-15 Week 2 8-10 Week 3 5-8 Week 4 3-5 Just to keep my body guessing and then start the routine again. Hoping that at week 5 i will be stronger for the same reps. I cant remember where I stole this routine from, but will see what happens.
