    If you want to try something ballsy do a 20 rep breathing squat routine using your current 10 rep max as a starting point.

    Trap bar for deadlifts

    Cheers DKD, Now i just need to increase my lifts and lose the gut ;) I have the same bar as PRISON_MIKE, With quality I have only had 200kg on my bar so far but i can not see anyone breaking one, I think you would have to have a dodgy weld and a lot of weight to do so.

    DKD, The trap bar is a good compound moment that will make you stronger and bigger than most fluffy movements. It still works your lower back. I don't think you even need to do shrugs with it unless your at an advance level as i have found pulling heavy with the trap bar does the job with...
