    The trap bar is good for volume DL. I noticed size and strength increases in the upper and lower back, glutes, traps, Grip within the first few months. 5VBEh638-aE This is the biggest pull i have seen done with the trap bar so far.

    If your fat at 6.2" and 94kg then i would consider starting a beginners routine based on linear progression and continue to bulk to say 105kg to build some mass before you cut body fat. Good luck with your training.
