    Hip issues and weight training

    nor do they get additional visits. hard to say without knowing the ins n outs of her condition. but i have scholiosis and disc issues thanks to a car accident but weight training helps dramatically.

    How does alchohol affect your training?

    if i have a big night, the next day ill drop SOME strength but thats mainly through a lower intensity due to feeling seedy. but one thing is certain im sure, any training on the day/night of said drinks will be a waste.

    i had similar about a year ago. The pain was excruciating. I took 10 days off with no exercise, went back to training and it was still there. I was worried, especially when the dr ordered me to have a ct scan of brain. that came back clear so she suggested physio. turns out it was nerve/muscular...

    i dont know if that price you said is for soy or whey but i pay $158 for 6kg from here Whey Protein Isolate and ive also got stuff from bulk nutrients. no dramas. like others have said, stay away from soy! good luck.
