    If you want to gain weight you have to train less and spend more time in the kitchen, and if you want to gain mass, your going to have to gain fat, theres no way around that. Just eat to bulk then cut when your happy..

    As Markos said, get the MM. I just bought one, and i don't think anything else can match it at this price, very solid. Regarding the Dip attachment, im 5'7", and its fine for me.

    @ Amac - Im the same age as you (Need to save some $$), its one or the other, bench or the barbell, and since i'll be likely end up getting 2 barbells and not 2 benches the barbell option makes more sense. @dave - exactly, down the track ill add in another barbell and they won't even notice...
