    Thanks for the review. I bought some of the choc-orange in my last order. Was expecting a Jaffa flavour but it has missed the mark. Haven't tried the other 2 flavours but am keen to try the choc-coconut next order.

    Who's having 2 meals a day?

    Just to add to my previous post. I had been having just 2 meals a day but latley I have added a small afternoon tea and or supper. At the end of the day it doesn't matter as long as you consume you desired calories and macros.

    I agree with El Freako. OHP in rack is OK. A squat rack or cage is a very versatile piece of equipment and can be utilised for many types of lifts
