    Went to nandos today. Waited for 5 mins for someone to serve me then walked out. Went down the road to red rooster. Classic roast. Awesome

    I went for a drive to get one for desert because it would of fit perfectly into the rest if my daily macros. Went up to the counter and they told me they only sell the $2 cheeseburgers at lunch time. Went home and had 50g almonds and 1/2 cup of full cream milk instead.

    That was a guess on the price. Had a look there is a supplier on there selling them for $230 for local pickup in frankston Vic but you can always ask for a quote on postage to Brisbane.

    If you want unflavored WPC, you can't go past eBay IMO. You can usually find 20kg sacks made by frontera for around $220

    Suggestions/Advice for protein please

    Work out required calories. Minus 10%. Consume 2g of protein per Kg of Bodyweight & 0.85g of fat per Kg of Bodyweight. The rest can be made up from carbs.
