    I'd have to say my shoulders, delts and traps. How, military press, deadlifts, cleans, snatches and maybe bench press.

    Try front squats and trap bar deadlifts might help. Leg press well if you do it back sure you don't round your lower back to get 'deep enough'/lower it enough. That's about it as far as I know, just rest it up and get it healed and then worry about leg training.

    This week I did a total of 280 military press reps, I doubt my tricep's need any more work.

    Mine are normally around the 60-90min mark, depends on the day. What I have to lift, how heavy etc.

    Didn't bother reading the whole thing, no point. I love military press, is my all time favourite lift and i'm not going to stop it because some guy jumps on the internet having a cry about it. I'v been doing it 2 times a week (sometimes more) for the last 2.25 years, without any problems...

    I'm trying that at the moment, running Smolov JR for military press. Will let you know if it increases my bench press as well as military press.

    Fadi, thank you for your response. I think he competed in Olympic Weightlifting, not sure about anything else, thats for him to answer?

    I'v thought about this before, can't come up with anything good. Maybe lay on the floor and grab some plates and do flys. If had dumbbells do dumbbell floor press with a wide grip.

    This is one of the best things to happen to powerlifting in Australia. Can't wait for the comps. CAPO brought this on themselves by barely putting in any-more effort then someone running a garage competition - some people in CAPO not all of them.

    RE Front Squats: They are mainly useful for someone training for a particular sport. The ones that I know are Olympic Weightlifting and some events in Strongman.
