How much direct triceps work do you do?

I do a lot of pressing, there is no need after that for any isolated tricep work.

    my friend's routine, need feedback

I'm surprised more people did just tell the OP to get his friend to do a 3 day full body routine, like the PTC Beginners program or starting strength. I remember a while back that was the standard response to 99% threads like this, not half the shit in this thread. In my opinion I can look at...

Forgive me father, for I have sinned

The part i'm interested to see is about maxing out on squats and (more so) deadlifts frequently. Its been proven maxing out on squats and squatting almost every day is doable, but deadlifts. As far as I know no one has ever done it.

Yes overhead press does have a carry over to bench press, more so then bench press carries over to overhead press...

Forgive me father, for I have sinned

I wouldn't call what I was doing in my DP a round back deadlift, yes the upper back is rounded a little, pretty sure that's normal and not dangerous. When you said what I quote I was understanding that as you were talking about your whole back/lower back. Which I'm sure isn't a good idea...

Forgive me father, for I have sinned

This sounds like a very bad idea... "yeah im going to round-back my deadlifts" and then "I'll probably start maxing out deadlifts daily as well, as soon as I am used to daily squat maxes" Have fun living the rest of your life un-able to pick up a 10kg plate because your spine is so fucked up.
