    Beginners program

If your going to do normal deadlift with much effort/intensity/weight then drop the SLDL's/deadlift on the other 2 days that week. Or at most do speed pulls. Only a fool will do normal deadlift heavy 3 times a week.

    Vanity vs Numbers

Its like being on a never ending bulk pretty much, as they want to gain strength. Also the fat improves leverage.

    One armed barbell rows

Maybe I could 1 arm row my normal olympic bar, just got to get my hand perfectly in the middle of the bar I guess. I'm trying that tomorrow.

    One armed barbell rows

At home my adjustable dumbbells go to 37.5kg (unless I use big 20kg plates that don't allow a good ROM), which I can easily do for sets of 12reps, no problem. If I put the big 20kg plates on (so not full ROM, maybe 80% ROM) doing sets of 5reps @ 50kg isn't particularly hard. I know I could get...

    Big Dumbbells

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get some big dumbbells? I'm after either some big adjustable ones, that can hold up to at least 70kg (without using big plates). Or somewhere I can get large fixed dumbbells? I'd prefer the adjustable ones. I'v found 60kg fixed dumbbells, but...

Doing legs at a Home Gym

Unless your a high level lifter/bodybuilder then deadlifts and squats will be plenty to build some decent leg strength and size.

    Home gym advice

Imo this is what I would do... Drop the oly rings for pull ups, the hex trap bar, either 1 or 2 of the olympic bars, torsonator, set of dead balls. Maybe the olympic bench press and just use the adjustable one you listed. The put the money saved into either a better barbell, more plates...

    Deloading

I agree, just saying that bodybuilders would need less deloads then a powerlifter.

    Deloading

Imo if your doing bodybuilding deloads are probably less important and needed less often then powerlifting.

5rep routine for mass, good or bad?

I don't know a ton about gaining just mass, but I know is that I have gained a fair bit of muscle from just doing heavy 1-5 reps sets with the odd higher rep sets.

    Advice On Gear

I haven't tried an erector shirt, but I only just manage to get into my 56 bench shirt @ 105kg. Scott can confirm it wasn't easy lol.

    Advice On Gear

I really can't see you fitting into that shirt, pretty sure it'll be too loose. I have the same shirt size 56, and I'm 99% sure i'm a fair bit bigger then you lol.
