    He's given a lot to the industry and i'm sure has been a monster motivation for a lot of people to get into a gym, get healthy, and even compete. Hat's off to the guy and i'm sure he'll still strive to be a monster unit, just maybe not at the Mr Olympia anymore

    Watched someone do an hour of nothing but bicep curls, so many variations, so much hip thrust to lift them up. Barbell, Dumb Bell, ezy bar curls, cable pulls.

    Kaz Vancouver initially to get ourselves sorted and for me to convert my pilot license to a Canadian one, then where ever the work is, but we're kinda hoping Calgary, cheaper than Vancouver but still close to the Rockies and Banff for the boarding
