    Why shouldn't you squat low bar in weightlifting shoes? I've only just recently made the switch to low bar (and loving it) and I still use my shoes while squatting.

    Mate, check out the Adidas powerperfect II's. They are the real deal! The "powerlift" is Adidas' cheap crossfit shoe designed of the powerperfect.     Worlds Gym was renamed City Gym I believe. Ben no longer trains out of Southbound, I'll just leave it at that... Yeah, Ben will be doing strength classes I believe out of the Aussie Muscle gym.

    Yeah, it is a sports performance gym but it has 4 cages with platforms, bumpers, etc so it does work well for powerlifters and serious athletes.
