    Except that this setup is only $250 and will get the guy started. The commercial set that Graham proposed (which is the one I want) costs $1950. Big difference. Not everyone can jump right in at the top end. Training is a journey and its better to start somewhere than not to start at all...

    To bounce the deadlift or not to, that is the question.

    Its a bit like the difference between T&G vs Paused benching. I never bounce my deads but when doing higher rep sets I do tend to T&G vs stop, lose tension, pause, lift again. If its a 10 rep set then I'm so flogged that the last few reps end up being fully paused anyway as I struggle for...

    Breakfast was 5 boiled eggwhites with 2 rashers rindless bacon and 1 piece wholemeal toast no butter and some tomato and avocado. Mid-morning snack was 200gm bbq chicken breast and mixed salad. Lunch was big bowl of chili con carne. All bloody delicious but I feel ready to burst now too...
