    It is very important to work your muscle as this is what burns the most energy in your body. Larger/denser muscle = more calories burnt while doing daily activities which means you should lose more fat and keep it off for longer. Doing intense cardio is very healthy for your heart and lungs...

    How safe is the withdrawal method?

    I dunno about you guys but the last thing I am thinking about on approach to the vinegar stroke is pulling out and finishing myself off! Billy Connolly summed this up perfectly in one of his video's I usually wack a franger on about 3/4 way through and then go hammer and tongs!

    Could always post your weight when you started training? I was 79kg at around 16% Q1 - what was your heaviest ever weight? 89kg Q2 - what is your current weight? 86kg at around 18-19% Q3 - what is your preferred / ideal weight? 95kg, 12-14% Q4 - what is your height? 184m

    Beginners program

    Its an awesome thread but its soo much longer than it needs to be. This is so simple, follow the program, keep adding more weight/reps than last session, eat well, rest well and enjoy the results!
