Yeah max efforts sets are murder man. I felt the fatigue from them for 2-3 days afterwards. I had planned on doing them again yesterday, but I remembered the fatigue haha. So just hit a few sets of 5.

Loaded chin is a different TYPE of loading pressre on the bicep tendon because the whole point is the engage it.
Deadlift doesn't have the same pressure IMO. Even if you have a bad habit of flexing it, like The Great Khan does.
