I suffer from back problems and I also what to start deadlifting and squatting, I was thinking a belt would help keep everything tight and ease the pain that could come from deads and squats, what belt should I get? I don't really want to spend a fortune

What's a good program for increasing flexibility and mobility. I have never been to flexable and stuff like ankle mobility isn't too good
Seeing as I'm doing the beginners program i thought I would start stretching more and hopefully become flexable
I find that my forearms seem to cramp up pretty easily, sucks
Say I train for a while after about 20-30 minutes forearms are tight, hard and start cramping really sucks as say 21s barbell curls I start to cramp up before the muscles fatigue
