    That's what I thought, I wouldn't know the exact weight I was taking off the bech press. However I only use an index finger to lift it, so I wouldn't think it was a lot of weight.

    I'm talking about when they are at full exertion and are half way up and can't finish it. Neither of us like having to use a spotter to complete the set but sometimes it needed. Does that sort of clarify the context?
