    I have a question about intensity; at the moment we both find that we hit a wall so to speak and lose energy around the 1/2 - 2/3 mark of the session. Would you suggest pushing through the fatigue, or reducing the volume of the workout? Or anything else? Thanks, Jack

    Saw 2 newbs on the bench doing weight that was way too heavy for them, doing 1/3 ROM reps at warp speed... Wasn't sure whether to say something or let them be, what are your thoughts?
