    Just ordered my usual 4kg bag of WPC for $85, but also found a 5kg bag of PPI for $64 so I figured it couldn't hurt.     Cheers guys ;) My raw deadlift has gone up 50kg in 10 months, definitely helps to be around other people who lift heavy and following a proper training program. Shame we don't have PTC in Adelaide though.. Virtually all the big lifters from my gym have moved back to their backyard gyms lol

    Haha I have a feeling he does parkour or something. I've seen him flipping and doing 10+ rep alternating ATG pistol squats. Wish I could do even one pistol squat :( Unsure why he needs to go to a fancy gym to do all that though lol
