I think that's a big "If" for me specifically. I have a lower back issue, not serious buy annoying. Thats not to say HB will solve all my problems, it wont, as will not doing LB solve anything.

Would it be fair to say LB is better suited to someone who is shorter in the legs and maybe heavy set?

I've really only done LB, rip style, and (I think I know where this is going) the last 3 can turn into GM's especially in the heavier ~ 80/85% range. Also I'm thinking the same when I've run volume, 10+ reps in the 50-70% range same...
Does rip get taken out of context? Its a beg's prog, which I see as a guide and then you move on. Having said that he seems quite convinced that LB is the missing link for oly lifters.
