    I think that's a big "If" for me specifically. I have a lower back issue, not serious buy annoying. Thats not to say HB will solve all my problems, it wont, as will not doing LB solve anything. Apologies if you got busted with your tits out... :)

    Was reading Paul Carters site today and your post... Man that was a complete mind fuck..in a good way! Would it be fair to say LB is better suited to someone who is shorter in the legs and maybe heavy set?

    I do squat, its the 2nd question I need to think about. I've really only done LB, rip style, and (I think I know where this is going) the last 3 can turn into GM's especially in the heavier ~ 80/85% range. Also I'm thinking the same when I've run volume, 10+ reps in the 50-70% range same...

    This will probably sound daft... I stopped weight training Aug this year; a) for a break, b) my sitting job is affecting lwr back & c) gym FEES! In the process of getting my own gear and acclimitising my self back into physical workouts, started 5kg weighted walking 30-40 mins 6 days per week...
