I normally just purchase protein powder and use this to help me hit my daily allowance. Occasionally I use a pre work out now and then if I'm feeling flat.
Haven't really been into purchasing all the other bells and whistles as I personally don't know if it would be of benefit to me.
Are they...

I used one of these for the first time the other day at the hand therapist.
My left hand was measured at 52 and my right injured hand was 11kg.
I wonder what the maximum someone has squeezed these things.
Some of the big deadlifters would have to have this thing going off the dial.
Anyone use...
I have never done this exercise.
How far/distance do you normally carry these for. I was thinking about making a set.
Would this exercise help increase your grip strength?
Thoughts from people who use these.
Cheers
Phil Rudd...he looks like he has been on the glass flute for the last fortnight.
Jumps in his car leaving court and a truck nearly rear ends him.
Fame and Fortune unfortunately leads people to the highway to hell.
I have had a bit of time to fill in lately and was getting a bit bored so today so I decided to make a short video clip of my DIY power rack build.
I learnt today that my fabrication skills are better then my computer skills....it took me half the day to do this clip.
Hope you like it :)

What's you prefered calf exercise?
Since training at home I have only been doing standing calf raises in a power rack.
However I felt like I could really squeeze my calves more on a seated press. Unfortunately I do not have one of these.
Do you train them and if so what is your exercise of...
Anyone ever seen any piece of gym equipment fail?
A cable snap while someone was doing seated rows or tricep push downs? An adjustable bench collapse or power cage/j hooks fail?
Haven't seen any personally myself.
Twice I have seen an adjustable bench collapse from upright to flat, but that was...
Does it matter if you use Parallel bars or dip bars that shape to a V?
The only reason I can see with V shape dip stations is that you can adjust your grip width.
And what is the correct width you should use? I have heard as a general rule of thumb is to use a width that is the same as the...

Do you use a Hyperextensoin?
I have used one at my local gym occasionally but I have now cancelled my membership and was wondering if its worth buying one for my home set up.
Do you add these to your training?
Cheers
I have never worn a weight belt or knee wraps...
So when should you consider wearing these?
With my current training I have always done around 8 to 10 reps but now that I will have my own set up at home soon I want to look at really increasing my strength. My current weight is 80kg and for...
I'm knocking up my own power rack and just needed some info on the internal depth that is preferred.
I was considering 1000mm internal. I think some racks I have used have been anything from 700mm to 1000mm.
I prefer a bit more room in a rack personally.
If anyone has a rack that they can...
What's you preferred chin up bar? Straight or the Multi grip variety?
I have never used a multi grip bar. I have only used a straight bar or a chin up bar that kicks down like a lat pull down attachment.
For those that have the multigrips chin up bars do you use the variety of grips available...
Don't hold it against me!!
I have been a fan of these guys for years and seen them last year. I was surprised to see what shape the lead guitarist is in. At 54 years of age he has a body I would be happy to show off on stage.... and most others would be happy with. Apparently he hasn't had a...
